I guess we forgot to tell Soren that quarters are not food.

The emergency room gave us rubber gloves in order to search for the quarter for the next three days. Unforgettable. If we don't find it, we have to go back to the hospital.

Anneliese is in love with this carrycot bassinet that attaches to our stroller. We don't put it on the stroller anymore, and had thought we were done with it, but now it seems to be her favorite bed. I think she likes how small it is. Its snuggly. As you can see, she's going to outgrow it any day now.

We visiting Joetta today.  Soren has been asking us to visit her for months.  He's old enough now to walk her without being pulled onto the ground and dragged. She's doing so well with her new family though; she's sleeps on a king sized bed at night and goes on lots of walks on the farm where she can sniff stinky things.

This is the first year Soren was not afraid of Santa. I told Santa to keep Anneliese facing away from him, so she wouldn't see whose lap she was on. In the end, if she has Soren to entertain her, she's usually content. Our Santa visit went well!

a lot of snow

It snowed continually for almost two days. Anneliese seems to like the weather better than Soren, but maybe that's because she travels in a sleeping bag.

my girl is BIG

Anneliesi is growing quickly. She's long and her face/cheeks seem to have grown a lot in the past few weeks.

It snowed all day today so Soren and I did a little baking.

Anneliese likes to put everything in her mouth these days. Soren never did this.

Anneliese went to the doctor today for her 4 month old visit. She's 26 inches and 14.5 pounds (75% for weight and 95% for height). She's not as big as Soren was, but she's still big.
